How much does an extra bed cost?
In Lux and Studio rooms, accommodation of the 3rd and 4th person is possible for an additional fee.
In Family Lux, accommodation of the 5th and 6th person is possible for an additional fee.
Additional accommodation:
• Children 0–3 years old — free of charge, baby cot provided on request
• Children under 6 years old without an extra bed — free of charge
• Extra bed for children 3–12 years old — 750 UAH/night
• Extra bed from 13 years old — 1200 UAH/night

Do you have children’s beds?
If needed, you can request a children’s bed at the reception where it will be provided free of charge.
Is there an ironing room?
The hotel has an ironing room located on the 6th floor. You can use this room free of charge around the clock.

Can I leave my luggage at the hotel if I check out early?
A storage room is located on the 1st floor. To leave luggage, visitors must contact the reception. Storing luggage is free until the end of the day of departure.

Do you have smoking areas?
Smoking areas are located on the 5th, 10th, and 15th floors as balconies at the end of the corridors. Smoking in rooms is prohibited.

Early check-in and late check-out are charged at 100% of the daily rate regardless of the time of arrival or departure.
